Steve was the Finance Manager at the Conservation Ecology Centre and Wildlife Wonders prior to starting his own business in 2025. He now brings over a decade of finance and operational experience to purpose-driven organisations along the Great Ocean Road.

Through his business, Great Ocean Business Solutions, he provides bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and strategic financial management for businesses, social enterprises and non-profits.

With a background in hospitality and non-profit management, and a passion for teaching and mentoring, Stephan takes a practical, people-focused approach to business finance. He specialises in creating efficient, transparent systems that empower leaders to make confident decisions and focus on their core mission.

Stephan’s goal is to help organisations thrive — by turning financial complexity into clarity, and ensuring their numbers truly support their vision and long-term sustainability.
